The evolution

Same coach. Bigger mission.

How Sara Sutherland Fitness grew into Summit Health — and why the name changed but the heart didn't.

Summit Health didn't replace Sara Sutherland Fitness. It grew out of it.

For years, Sara Sutherland Fitness meant one thing: a coach who helped people get strong, get lean, and finally build habits that stuck. It was personal, hands-on, and honest. That never changes.

But over time, the work grew beyond training and nutrition. Clients wanted answers about their labs, their energy, their hormones, their recovery — the whole picture of health. Helping them well meant building something bigger than a fitness brand.

Health isn't just about how you look. It's the first environment where you learn to lead yourself — and that changes everything else.

That's what Summit Health is. A place where fitness coaching, lasting habits, and evidence-based medical wellness come together under one roof — still led by Sara, now with the depth to walk with you through every part of your health journey.

Why "Summit Health"

Summit Health is part of the Summit ecosystem — a family of environments built on one mission: creating environments that develop leaders. Health is where it begins. The discipline, ownership, and confidence you build here don't stay in the gym; they show up in your family, your work, and your community.

The name signals the mission. The signature — by Sara Sutherland Fitness — signals who's still in your corner.
